Spring Nest Craft

This week we are talking about the letter N. Today we read the book Little Quack (one of Brodie's favorites, he loves all the Little Quack books) and then did this craft.I printed the chicks from here. Then I cut nests out of tan construction paper. I had lots of left over pieces of yarn from when I use to do latch hooking so we used that to glue onto our nest. We colored the chicks, cut them out and glued them onto the nest.

I am going to do this with my two kids tomorrow! THanks for the suggestion. And thanks for coming by my blog for the UBP! It's seriously hard work getting through everybody's comments at least for me! But again, I appreciate all who find time to visit!!! :)

Hi there,
Dropping in from the party. Thought I'd leave you a comment here so you wouldn't have to scroll through 32 comments- which are very cool.
I have two big boys of my own and a big girl.
If you get a moment drop on by-
it was very nice to meet you.

PARTY ON!

Awww! I miss doing lessons and crafts with my kiddos. Mine are 8, 11 and 12 now. :-( They grow up way too fast!

This is cute. I'm going to have to put this on my craft list. I’ve got a MckLinky party called Tot Tuesdays which started on Tuesday. I hope you'll stop by & share:
