I got lots of yard work done yesterday. I finally mowed the yard. The grass was so long! Will and the boys minus Jake helped rake and move grass to the garden where I spread it out to use as mulch. The rest we put in our compost bins. I love the smell and look of a freshly mowed yard.One of my favorite things to do is go to garage sales. Pretty much every Friday morning from now until Fall, at garage sales is where I will be! I got some sweet deals this morning. I headed out in the rain, which is one of the best times to go because not many people are out. Here are some of the bargains I got.
6 pairs of shorts and 3 shirts for Jake for a grand total of $7.75
6 games/puzzels to play with the little boys. For a grand total of $5.50

Wish I would go too but never have started. Mostly don't need anything & not sure what anyone else needs or would want.Am so delighted that you gals go & amazed at what you find.
